The In-Sight® D900 applies deep learning and practical applications to ensure almost any in-line inspection setting can automate subjective measurements where previously only human intuition and prolonged experience could do the job.
The D900 makes deep learning technology accessible to non-programmers. It uses Cognex In-Sight software platform which simplifies application development and factory integration. It identifies issues on production lines across a wide range of sectors, including automotive, FMCG, packaging, medical, logistics and more.
Powered by In-Sight ViDi™ software, it is built to run deep learning applications. This solution enables factory automation by solving challenging Optical Character Recognition (OCR), assembly verification, and defect detection applications that are often too difficult to deploy with traditional, rule-based machine vision tools.
