We’re back at the NEC this March for Intralogistex and Robotics & Automation and we’re bringing some of the best new industry vision systems with us.

We’ll have a full 5-sided vision tunnel set up – using image-based DataMan barcode readers, advanced algorithms and real-time factory feedback to hit 99.9% read rates on high-speed lines. There’ll be a working demonstration of our deep learning ToteInspect vision inspection system; sorting clean and dirty totes to detect even a single grain of sugar using the In-Sight D900 camera and ViDi vision software.

Ensure that every one of your totes is completely empty without the need for manual visual checks. ToteInspect can be setup and integrated with conveyor controls to reliably inspect and reject failed tote bins.

And we’ll also have the brand new In-Sight 2800 Detector on display for the first time. This sensor is built for logistics automation; with wide-angle lighting, polarisation & AI-based tools that detect and classify at high speeds, spotting problems sooner and avoiding shipping errors. We’ve been trialling it in the lab and the list of potential new applications it can solve is long… and growing.

Bytronic show

Having this wide range of new Cognex logistics solutions on hand, and on stand, for visitors to test and trial is a rare thing. As the UK’s only Logistics Partner Integrator for Cognex, we can help manufacturers and logistics businesses get their hands on it, and get the most out of it.

These shows are where the big conversations happen on issues such as the future of logistics, productivity, factory automation and how to make global manufacturing smarter and sustainable. We’ll be there to lead companies through this transformation.

Find us on stand r402 on March 28th and 29th!
